This is a free tool that Google provides people that are planning on make PPC ads on the search or content network. You can also use it for SEO however. Now the question is should you use it? Personally I would say if you have the money to go out and buy a commercial keyword tool. It will do a little bit more in depth analysis for you and help you make a more educated decision.
