Surviving a recent break up is hard for many people. Many people go into a depressed state and dont want to go out, meet with friend or family. They just want to stay hope and be depressed and sad. Doing this is counterproductive and will not help the situation. It will only make you sadder and the situation worse than before. When alone your mind starts to wander, thought of your ex comes into your head and your mind starts making stories of how to get them back. How to survive a break up, one way is to not be alone. Hang around more people, be with friends and go out and enjoy life. Life is too short and a breakup should not get you depressed. These feeling can be masked if your mind is kept busy. If you are wondering how to survive a break up you will need to accept that you have broken up and there might not be a possibility of getting back together. Once you do this you will let go the resentment, anger, sadness and you will start living again. It will be hard at first but it needs to be done. Take one step at a time and soon you will look back and say that wasnt so bad.
