You should also know how to do them properly so that you can fully benefit from the exercise. By doing the exercises with proper form, you make sure that you also avoid injuries in the process. The two common exercises that are done for vertical leap training are jump squats and deadlifts.
You have to be careful when doing these exercises because it may be too intense for your fitness level. For the jump squats, do not push through if youre not used to squats. For the deadlifts, start with light weights. Gradually increase the weight as you progress in your routine.
